Warnings format

This merge request includes,

  • added functions user_format_warning and dev_format_warning in ketos/utils.py module
  • updated warnings in audio_loader module to use these new formats
  • updated ketos version number to 2.6.2

Warnings elsewhere in ketos have not been updated yet. This can be done gradually, as we come across cases where the formatting can be improved.
