Minor upgrades to spectrogram module

fixed a minor bug in spectrogram crop method (the frequency axis of the original instance was being modified when calling crop with make_copy=True)

added option in plot method to specify color for annotation boxes, and select different colors for different label values
Btw, when will we have SSH access to our gitlab again?
