Reduce test assets size
This merge request reduces the size of the following test asset files:
- 11x_same_spec.h5
- 15x_same_spec.h5
- test_model.k5
thus resolving this issue: #126 (closed)
It also adds scripts tests/assets/create_assets.py and tests/assets/create_test_model.py for creating the assets.
