The main improvement contained in this update is a new class called 'SpecProvider', which facilitates (sequential) computation of spectrograms from audio files. I think this could be useful for the Victoria workshop. I have created a new tutorial (spec_provider_tutorial) which illustrates how the class is used. Please have a look and merge if you are happy with it. Thanks!
