First release roadmap
First release is planned for March 15, 2019.
Preparation:
- Come up with a better name for the library!
- Delete irrelant/obsolete issues
- Re-organize the modules
- Go over unit tests, ensure good coverage, minor fixed/improvements to implementation
- Create development branch
- Update documentation, including examples
- Create a list of notebook tutorials (aim for 10?)
- Test deployment on Linux, Mac, Windows
- Make documentation accessible on server
- Clean up issue list
- Attach license
- Write gitlab landing page
- Write news story / blog post for website
Release:
- Download link on website
- Make available via PIP package manager
- Submit a software paper (see comment by @fsfrazao below)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
