Option to specify buffer in create_rndm_backgr_selections
When creating background selections using the method create_rndm_backgr_selections it would be useful to have the option of specifying a buffer to ensure that background selections are separated by a certain minimum time difference from any annotation.
@fsfrazao , do you agree that it could be useful to have this option?
