WIP : Sound propagation tools
Changes to existing modules from release v1.0.0:

Ocean::__init__
: the centre point of the geographic bounding box is computed and used as the origin for the x-y coordinate systems of all the interpolators. (The old implementation did not enforce a common origin for the interpolators, which is obviously problematic.) Obs: the origin is set after having initialized the interpolators, whereas it would be preferable to pass it as an input argument to the constructor; however, I could not figure out how to do this.
