Review of Fetch and Load tutorial
Hi @matt_s , please have a look and merge if you are happy with the changes. I have reorganized the tutorials files into separate folders unders docs/source/tutorials.
I noticed that the epoch_2_dt method breaks when you pass a float to it. It seems to be able only to handle arrays.
