Run jupyter notebook tutorials as part of CI pipeline

Hey @matt_s ,

How about we try to run the jupyter notebook tutorials as part of the CI pipeline?

I have been working on a bash script to accomplish this for the Ketos tutorials. See here: https://gitlab.meridian.cs.dal.ca/public_projects/ketos_tutorials/-/blob/ci_script/tutorials/create_database_simpler/run_notebook.sh

What do you think?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
