option to disable info messages from Ocean class

At initialization, the Ocean class outputs information about the loaded data, e.g., 2020-10-08 02:32:22 OCEAN BATHYMETRY loaded 10353 points for interpolation. It would be convenient with an argument that allows enabling/disabling these messages. @matt_s , would this be straightforward to implement?

(see also the related issue about the need for updating the documentation for the Ocean class)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
