Fetching and loading of wind speed
We need methods to fetch and load wind-speed data from WWIII and ERA5. (Wind speed 10 m above seasurface.) Note that the wind speed has two components, often referred to as U and V components. That is, for every grid point there will be two data values. These correspond to the wind speeds in west->east and south->north direction, respectively.

- fetch method for wind speed from WWIII
- load method for wind speed from WWIII
- fetch method for wind speed from ERA5
- load method for wind speed from ERA5
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
