Straighforward retrieval of interpolation grid from Ocean class

When fetching environmental data (temp, salinity, bathy, wave, etc), we should include an automatic check of how well the fetched data cover the geographic region of interest. If the coverage is low, a warning should be issued.

Before attempting to implement our own coverage measure algorithm, we should look into if scipy has something we can use.
