Dh/data feeding
This merge prepares the dh/data_feeding module for release_v1.0 (code(#33 (closed)), documentation(#34 (closed)) and tests(#35 (closed))).
Please have a look, especially at the documentation for the ActiveLearningBatchGenerator class.
