WIP:Doc/deploy sphinx to gitlab pages
Add the steps required to publish the sphinx-generated documentation to the project's gitlab pages.
The CI jobs add to the .gitlab-ci.yml file seems to work, but we''l have to wait until we can actually make the pages available to be sure.
