Method select() is presenting a weird behavior

I believe there is some issue with the select() method from the selection_table module. Unfortunately, i havent been able to replicate the issue with a small example. Nor have I been able to find what the issue.

With ketos version 2.6 the selection table seems to be generating way too few selections with the input.

I then tried to use ketos 2.5 and the inverse seemed to happen. it was generating way too many selections. Double of what I expected.

With ketos 2.4, it creates the amount of selections I was expecting. This was tested with python 3.9.10.

Steps to replicate the issue:

  • Create a new python environment for these 3 versions of ketos
  • Run the script

I am attaching the files required to replicate the issue and a python script:test.pyannotations_test.csvannotations_train.csv
